Outstanding Features
Timing Gear

The timing gear is a separately sealed gearbox in Block design. The high quality and robust gears as well as the non-wetted shafts ensure a precise transmission and long service life.

Pump Casing

The pump casing is made from highly wear resistant cast material in Block design. It is available from high quality cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel and duplex steel.

MIP-Design

MIP allows the quick and convenient replacement of all fluid wetted parts like casing protection liners, mechanical seals, rotors or rotor tips without removal of pipes, drives or other components of the pump unit.

Rotors

The patented rotors are accessible within a few minutes. You can replace the elastomer coated tips, re-adjust the elastomer rotors or change the entirely elastomer coated rotors.

Quick release cover

The quick release cover can be opened without special tools and ensures easy accessibility to the pump interior.

Pulsation free operation

The rotors are available in different versions. Entirely elastomer coasted, re-adjustable, quickly changeable elastomer coated tips. The rotors in helical screw geometry ensure a pulsation free operation.

Shaft Seals

The economical mechanical seal is extremely durable with high longevity. Through the quick release cover the seal can be replaced as a cartridge unit.

Maintanance in Place

All product-wetted parts can be exchanged at the operating place of the pump in house by your own staff. This results in short downtimes as well as small maintenance costs.

Quench as Standard

A normally fluid filled intermediate chamber is located between the pump chamber and the timing gear. The purpose of this chamber is the continuous quench of the mechanical seal, the indication of seal failures and to prevent product penetration into the timing gear for a high safety level.
